1B. Post Installation: A. Raptor 170 Concreted to the Ground: ➢ Bore Drill a 600 mm Diameter and 1000 mm Deep Hole. ➢ If the Ground Level at the hole position is lower than the playing surface, box up around the hole site to achieve the concrete depth of 1000mm.

➢ Let the concrete set for at least 4 days before commencing further work. B. Raptor 170-BP: ➢ Select the position where you want to install your tower. If the slab is not levelled, use a 20mm non-shrink grout-20MPa to set it level.

P a g e | 12 4. Attaching the Extension Arm: • Then attach the extension arms to the mounting plate. • Ensure the extension arms ‘A’ & ‘B’ are mounted correctly as shown. • Place the nylon washer in between the brackets as shown.

P a g e | 13 • While tightening the bolt, ensure locking arm is loose enough to rotate. 6. Attaching Backboard Mounting Top Plate: • Attach the backboard mounting top plate to extension using 2 x M12 x 40 Bolt, Washer Nyloc Nut.
P a g e | 14 9. Attaching the Ring • Align the bolt holes in the backboard, the extension arm and the ring and insert the M10 x 110mm Gal Hex Bolt, Double Flat Washer, Spring Washer and Nut without damaging the thread.
