While concrete mix is still fresh ensure that ground sleeve is still level in all necessary directions and axes.

    P a g e Operation Information To rotate the system, pull down the spring loaded locking mechanism on part B and twist it to the side to lock it in the lowered position. Rotate the top half of the system using the handle on the pole section. Once in position, release the spring loaded latch to lock the system in position.
