In the translated versions of BlackBerry Media Sync, the message “Do you want to switch to Mass Storage mode?” appears in English. SDR 254725 In the French version of BlackBerry Media Sync, the “Track Name” and “Status” titles in the playlist details window haven’t been translated. SDR 255546 A message to reboot your computer appears in English. - Page 6 Workaround: None. SDR 269419 The on-board device memory is not detected (for a BlackBerry Bold smartphone or BlackBerry® Storm™ 9500 smartphone) if BlackBerry Media Sync is open when the device is connected to the computer for the first time.
