3 – SAFETY 3.1 – General safety instructions - Read this manual carefully before attempting installation, use and maintenance operations. - The user must be familiar with applicable safety rules and use modes of both the operating machine and the winch installed, as he is responsible for his own safety as well as for any other person present near the machine working ar- - All the operators must be suitably trained to use, adjust and operate of both the operating machine and the winch in- stalled.
