The RFPs (DAPs) are located so that the cells overlap slightly and the PP can remain in contact with the DECT system when moving from one cell to another.

    Issue 1.0 SV8300 If the PP detects too many errors in the received signal (due to interference or weak signal) the PP tries to find another better signal and locks onto another RFP. In this way, the PP user can move around the area from cell to cell and remain in contact with the DECT system via a radio link with a very good quality.
