Cleaner Holder

- Open the lid on your Dual Empty Station and mount the Cleaner Holder on it.
- Rotate the screwdriver counterclockwise to secure the Cleaner Holder with the four provided screws.
- Install the provided rubber plugs on the screw holes.
Mount your Cordless Vacuum Cleaner onto its station for charging, dust collection, and storage.
Spacer
Remove the Spacer at the bottom of the station. Organize the power cord in place and install it on the station.

Controlling via the App
Your Vacuum Cleaner and robot in the Combo have been pre-paired for your convenience. You can add the robot via our app and access the Settings page to empty dust and check consumables service life of your Vacuum Cleaner.
You will need:
- A smartphone or tablet using Bluetooth 4.2 or later.
- The latest version of our app, downloadable via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Charging
Fully charge your vacuum cleaner before initial use. Plug the Dual Empty Station into an outlet. Place your vacuum cleaner on the station until its indicator light flashes white.

Note
A full charge will take approx. 3 hours. Using Max mode for a prolonged period will cause the battery to heat up, which increases charging time. Allow the vacuum to cool down for 30 minutes before charging it.
Suction Level
Press the Suction Level Switch to change suction power.
Note
Working at Max mode will cause louder noise and larger power consumption. Use the Max mode based on your needs.

Dust Collection
Automatic Dust Collection
Mount your Vacuum Cleaner on its station after each use and it will automatically empty dust.
Note
Keep an interval longer than 15s between two dust collection cycles.
Manual Dust Collection
Method 1: Ensure the empty station is powered on. Mount your cleaner on its station and choose Empty Dust (Cordless Vacuum Cleaner) via our app.
Method 2: Press the indicated button to manually start dust collection.
Note
Vacuum Cleaner and robot should empty dust one by one.

- Suitable for cleaning hard floors such as tiles and marble surface.

The dust light will help make invisible dust visible on hard floors, helping you to see and clean more effectively.

Mite Removal Brush
- For vacuuming dirt, hair, and removing mites from sofas, bedding, and other fabric surfaces.

Note
It is not recommended to use on fragile surfaces, such as silk.
2-in-1 Brush Nozzle
- For vacuuming dust from curtains, keyboards, ceilings, vehicle interiors, coffee tables, etc.

Flexible Crevice Nozzle
- Suitable for vacuuming cracks, corners of doors and windows, stairs, and other hard-to-reach places.

Note
- If any rotating part becomes stuck, the vacuum cleaner may automatically shut off. Remove any trapped objects to resume normal operation.
- If the battery overheats, the vacuum will automatically shut off. Allow the battery to cool down to normal temperature before resuming use.
Care and Maintenance
Note
- Always use genuine parts to protect your warranty from becoming void.
- If the vacuum cleaner is not be used for an extended period, fully charge it, unplug its charger, and store it in a cool, low-humidity environment away from direct sunlight. To avoid over-discharging, recharge the vacuum at least once every three months.

Cleaning the Vacuum Cleaner
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
Cleaning the Dust Cup, HEPA Filter, and Cyclone Assembly
- Pinch the release buttons and pull to remove the Dust Cup.

- Pull the leash and remove the HEPA Filter.

- Turn the Dust Cup over and press the release button to open the lid. Then push to take out the Cyclone Assembly.

- Clean the parts with a brush or rinse with clean water.

Air dry for at least 24 hours before installation.

- Reinstall the HEPAFilter, Cyclone Assembly, and the Dust Cup.

Cleaning the Rear Filter
- Hold the vacuum cleaner and rotate to remove the dust cup cover.

- Pull to remove the Rear Filter.

- Rinse the filter with clean water. Make sure you rotate the filter 3600to thoroughly and remove all dust caught in it. If necessary, lightly tap the filter several times to remove any excess dirt.

- Air-dry the filter for at least 24 hours.
Note
- Please wash with clean water without adding detergent.
- Do not use brushes or fingers to clean the filter.
Cleaning the Multi-Brush Bar
- Toggle the lock and remove the Multi-Brush Bar.

- Cut off the hairs and fibers that get stuck on the brush bar. Wipe the dust from the notch and transparent cover with a dry cloth or paper towel.

- When it is dirty, rinse the roller brush with clean water. Stand the roller brush upright for at least 24 hours until it is fully dry.

Cleaning the Mite Removal Brush
- Rotate the lock counterclockwise as shown until you hear a "click". Then remove the roller brush.

- Rinse and clean the roller brush. Stand the roller brush upright for at least 24 hours until it is fully dry.

Replacing the Battery Pack
The product contains a removable and rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack which has a limited number of recharge cycles. After extended use, the battery pack may no longer hold a charge. If this happens, it means the battery pack has reached the end of its life cycle and needs to be replaced.

- Press and hold the battery release button and slide to remove the battery pack.
- Install a new battery pack.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
If the vacuum cleaner is not functioning properly, please refer to the table below.
Errors | Possible Causes | Solution |
Vacuum Cleaner does not work | - The Vacuum Cleaner is out of battery or low on power.
- Overheat protection mode is triggered.
- Suction opening or air duct is blocked.
| - Fully charge the device.
- Clean the suction openings or air duct. Wait until the vacuum cools down, then reactivate it.
- Clear any blockage from suction opening or air duct.

Weak suction force | - Dust cup is full and/or filter assembly is clogged.
- Accessories are clogged. Clean any accessory blockages.

Motor is making abnormal sound | - Main suction opening or extension rod is blocked.
| - Clear any blockage in the main suction opening or extension rod.

Indicator light does not light up when charging | - The charger does not plug into the vacuum well.
- The battery is fully charged and went into sleep mode.
- The problem persists after ruling out the above two possibilities.

The vacuum charges slowly. | - Battery temperature is too low or too high.
| - Wait until the battery's temperature returns normal, then continue to use the vacuum.

If you've disassembled to clean parts or replaced the battery pack, pair your Robot Vacuum and Vacuum Cleaner by following these steps.
- Mount your Vacuum Cleaner on its station for charging.
- Press the Suction Level Switch for over 2s until the indicator light flashes white.
- Enter the Settings page via the app and start pairing.
Restoring Factory Settings
During charging, press and hold the Suction Level Switch for over 15s to reset all settings. The recorded data will be cleared.
Firmware Upgrades
In order to improve user experience, we will regularly release firmware updates to introduce new functions and solve any software defects that may occur during usage. When a new firmware version is available, we will send an upgrade notification to your account via our app. When upgrading, please make sure your product has sufficient battery or stay powered on and make sure your smartphone is within range to prevent interference.
