    In normal circumstances, it is recommended to leave the main switch on at all times. The status of the Oil Guardian is monitored by the connected System Control Panel.
  • Page 22 In case the Oil Guardian is used as stand-alone unit there will be no warning if the main switch is off. Initial Use Before the first use, the Oil Guardian must be filled with limestone. To fill the limestone reservoir, proceed as follows: WARNING Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to avoid injury.

    ™ OIL GUARDIAN MAINTENANCE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Periodic Maintenance The product has been designed to function without problems for a long time with minimum maintenance.
