SET UP AND OPERATION Remove both pins from the articulating plates and insert the motor unit into 2"/51 mm. receiver stock. (Fig. 1) Tip motor unit up and insert pin. (Fig. 2) Insert pin (Fig. 3) and then lift and insert main knuckle arm.

SET UP AND OPERATION Position boom to desired direction and tighten bolts. (Fig. 9) Align the front arm in line with the direction of the pull. (Fig. 10) Place rope between rope guide rollers and begin to pull (Fig. 11) For underground pulls, position extensions to achieve desired pull angle.

SET UP AND OPERATION The front extension foot should be placed as close as possible to the conduit being pulled. (Fig. 13) When ready begin, thread rope tale over the rope engagement roller and pull up on in a steady continuous motion to start the pull.
USE OF MAIN ROLLER When pulling with extensions in use always make sure the rope is engaging the main roller, failure to do so could result in bending the extensions and harm to you. NEVER BYPASS A ROLLER. Failure to do so could cause bending of the extension. Page 17...
