Before using this appliance for the first time, please read the instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference. IMPORTANT: Do not submerge the motor housing, charging cord, or charger adapter in water or any other liquid under any circumstances. CHARGING THE UNIT • Open the charging port located on the motor housing. Connect the micro end of the charging cord to the motor housing. - Page 6 WARNING: The blending shaft blade may continue to spin after the Stick Blender has been switched off. Ensure the blades have come to a complete stop and the unit is off before lifting the Stick Blender from the mixing jug or bowl. 6.
