    MAIN FUNCTION Use for the cutting of cold meats and defrosted meat off the bone. INSTALLATION UNPACKING 1.- Open the large box. Remove all packing materials and protective covering from the unit and parts. Do not discard the wrapping until you have checked that the blender is working correctly. 2.- If unit is not level, use 14 cm (9/16”) open-end wrench to adjust the foot of each leg until unit is level.

    4.- Before machine first use and before plug, clean carefully the blade and all parts that might be in contact with food. 5.- Make sure that the line voltage of your power source matches the rated voltage and frequency on the machine. 6.- Turn the switch on and let the machine race about 2-3 minutes before use.

    3.- Pusher axle lubrication; a- Clean the pusher axle with dry cloth first. b- Put the lubricant on the both of the axles and pull the pusher up and down to make the lubricant well spread and the pusher work well. c- It is best to lubricate the axle every day.

    BELT TIGHTENING When the machine has lost power after continual use, it could be due to two basic reasons; a) Damage to the blade edge, you should sharpen according to the instructions shown in this manual. b) Voltage loss in the transmission belt, for which you should also follow the detailed instructions. 1.- To access the engine, you must loosen the screws holding the protective cover to the machine base (Fig.1).
