- Page 3 Installing the new Explore Glazing sliding or gullwing window Clean the car body using alcohol. 1. Once the rubber is clean, proceed to position it onto the new window. 2. Dampen the outer surface of the rubber with a small amount of soapy water.
- Page 4 Evenly remove the string while simultaneously applying pressure from the outside, starting from the first corner and moving halfway through the window vertically. Repeat the same process on the other side in a similar manner. Figure 5 Working method 5. Once the string has been completely removed, carefully inspect the rubber to ensure it is correctly mounted. If you find that it is not properly positioned, you may need to repeat the process to ensure a secure installation.
