Welcome to the Nobels family! Thank you for choosing the new Nobels ODR-mini 2! The ODR-mini 2
is the smaller brother of the legendary ODR-1 overdrive. It delivers the same natural distortion and unique
sound that many studio guitarists around the world love and appreciate. It has a true bypass circuit, the
SPECTRUM control with a centre detent, a practical bass cut control and the fluorescent pointers of the
„GitD" (Glow in the Dark) knobs.

DRIVE Control:
With this control you can set
sounds from slight blues to
TM
full overdrive.
OUT Jack:
This output delivers a low
impedance output signal
best for the input of your
amplifier.
SPECTRUM Control:
This control changes the
amount of deep-mid and
treble frequencies at the
same time. Keeping the
mids almost untouched.
Turning left gives you the
warm mid-tones for a great
blues and rock sounds.
Turning the SPECTRUM
knob clockwise creates
harder sounds - ideal
for hardrock. In the 12
o'clock position (click), the
frequencies remain almost
untouched.

Important notes
Avoid using this unit in extreme humidity, heat or dusty environment.
A filtered & stabilised power supply unit must be connected to the DC
socket for operation (DC 9V~18V / inside: minus).

Bass cut setting according to guitar and pickup type and taste
LEVEL Control:
Adjusts the volume.
BASS CUT Control:
Here you can cut the low frequencies
that can sometimes muddy up your
tone. When turned to the left, the full
pickup signal is allowed to pass. As
you turn it to the right, the lower bass
frequencies are attenuated.
IN Jack:
Inserting a plug activates the unit.
(Do not use a stereo cable!)
LED:
This LED shows the state of the
effect. LED on = Effect on.
Switch:
Switches the unit on/off
