The oven may not be plugged in securely.
A fuse may be blown.
The child lock may be set.
The oven door may be open.
In cooking, steam may emit from the food
and accumulate on the door etc.

Check that the oven is plugged in securely. If it is not,
unplug from the outlet, wait 10 seconds and plug it in again
securely.
Check for a blown fuse or a tripped circuit breaker. If these
are intact, test the outlet with another appliance.
Disable the child lock.
Make sure that the oven door is closed fully and securely.
This is normal.
