SETTINGS MENU Hold the MODE button until the display changes to enter the Settings Menu. Press and release the buttons to adjust values. Hold to adjust quickly. Press and release the MODE button to confirm values and move to the next setting. -

TIME ALARM Set Alarm: Hold the ALARM button to enter alarm setting mode. AL will show and the hour will flash. Press and release the buttons to choose the hour. Press and release the ALARM to confirm and move to the minutes. The minutes will flash. -
