GETTING STARTED:

Clean and sanitize your Chef-Prep™ Stand and Cutting Board before first use.
•
Ensure all users of this product are properly trained on instructions for use;
retain this instruction sheet for future reference and training.
HOW TO USE THE CHEF-PREP™ SYSTEM:
NOTE: The Chef-Prep™ System has been designed to allow you to use both the cutting board and stand in a variety of ways.
The instructions below offer a variety of configurations that provide options for numerous food preparation applications.
USING CHEF-PREP™ BOARD AND STAND TOGETHER:
The Chef-Prep™ System is designed with versatility in mind, use with full-sized and 1/3 size standard metal, plastic or San-Jamar Chill-It
To use with 1/3 size pan, place stand on
flat surface. Insert 1/3 size pan into cutout
area of stand. Then place
Chef-Prep™ cutting board on stand so
cutout areas are aligned.
CARVING STATION
(stand & Tuff-Cut
®
Board):
Specially designed Tuff-Cut
®
Chef-Prep™
Cutting Board directs the juices into a 1/3 pan.
Insert 1/3 size pan into System to collect
juices. Place Tuff-Cut
Board onto stand.
®
Slide full size pan, up to 4 inches in height,
under system. This configuration allows
you to collect carving drippings and scraps
in 1/3 size pan for future use. The full size
pan can be used to hold au jus or other
sauces to be served with carved meat.
Keeps juices and sauces sanitary and handy
while maintaining a tidy appearance.
NOTE: Do NOT use standard plastic
Chef-Prep™ Board under heat lamps.

to withstand high-heat use.

The raised Stand accommodates pans
up to 4 inches in height. Slide 1/3, 1/2
or full size pans underneath the system,
as needed. Use one pan for scraps and
another for prepped food.
CREATE A PORTABLE
WORK STATION:
Chef-Prep™ easily fits on many standard
carts to create a space saving workstation.
Create portable prep space by placing
the Chef-Prep™ System on a
portable cart. You can even wheel
cart into cooler and minimize
time/temperature issues.
NOTE: For safety, ensure cart is
secured in place with locking casters.
SYSTEM

Co-Polymer Chef-Prep™ Boards are
designed for dual-sided use. One side is
flat for maximum prep area; the other
side has a groove to allow juices to drain
into 1/3 size pan inserted into system.
