Proper functioning requires the antennas to all hang at the same height. Make sure the nodes are on the same line without obstacles in between. Metal objects will block and stop the signal. It is recommended to use CAT6 with a standard copper wire cable to achieve a higher distance. Maximum distance from active internet point to gateway is 70 meters – In case a larger distance is required, please use a fiber connection. If you see that a lamp is not working / reacting to commands, please follow the steps to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Make sure the node is connected to the power supply. Anti-Reflection and anti-dust coating layer is applied onto the lens.
