General Informat on
The KNX DALI Gateway product s an nterface
dev ce that works on l ght ng control between
the KNX bus and the DALI bus n accordance w th
the DALI-IEC 62386 (DALI-1 / DALI-2) standard.
The dev ce allows KNX to manage and mon tor
ballasts n the DALI bus as nd v dual, group and
broadcast. The dev ce has opt ons w th 1 or 2
channel DALI outputs and prov des energy to the
DALI bus w th the nternal DALI power supply.
Therefore, t s not allowed to connect an external
DALI power supply to the DALI l ne. User and
manager level operat ons can be performed and
var ous warn ngs and dev ce nformat on can be
accessed w th the button, LED and segment
nterface on the dev ce. The dev ce has 2 solated
relay outputs and these outputs can be used n
var ous appl cat ons. The dev ce also has an
Ethernet port and can be mounted on a DIN ra l.
