4. You must press the switch clockwise or counterclockwise to change the rotation direction.
iii. Screwing
iv. Unscrewing
WARNING: Always check the direction of rotation before using the tool.
-
Press the Reverse switch only when the tool has come to a complete stop. Changing the
direction of rotation before the tool stops could damage the tool.
-
When you are not using the tool, make sure that neither side of the Reverse switch is
pressed down.
-
You can carry out a test run before starting work, as an incorrect rotating direction can
cause damage to both the workpiece and the insertion tool.
-
If you set the Reverse switch to its central locking position, you also lock the on/off trigger.
Changing speed
1.
If you want to change the speed, first turn the tool off, then slide the Speed level knob to
position 2 (high speed) or 1 (low speed).
2. Make sure the knob is in the proper position before starting the tool.
3. Choose the speed you want depending on your needs.
WARNING:
Make sure the knob is in the proper position before starting the tool. If you use the tool with
-
the knob set halfway between position 1 and 2, the drill may be damaged.
Do not change the position of the knob to change the speed while the tool is running. Doing
-
so may damage the drill.
