RST Reset operation needed.
E01 / E02 When the motor temperature reaches
the maximum limit, a self-protection
function is triggered due to the high
temperature.
E03 / E04 Overloading the motor leads to
excessive current flow. For a dual motor
product with two motors, the M1 motor
will display an E03 error code, while the
M2 motor will display an E04 error code.
E07 Motor HALL error.

REASON

SOLUTION
Reset: When the LED shows "RST ", keep pressing
until the desk reaches its lowest height and rebounds to
stop. Reset has been finished.
Wait about 18 minutes for the system to recover on
its own.
Disconnect the power for about five minutes and
then reconnect it to restore normal operation.
Reduce the weight on the tabletop and then
perform a reset operation (long press
observe if the screen remains in the "RST" state,
descends, and resets successfully).

2. If encountering alternating "RST" and "E07" when
long pressing the button:
a. Check if the motor wires are correctly
installed or if the motor terminals are
damaged, and reinstall the wiring if needed.
b. After completing the previous step, perform
another reset operation.
c. If the issue persists after completing the
above steps, switch the two ports of motor
terminals M1 and M2, then long press
on the controller and check if the display
changes from E07 to E08.
• If it changes to E08, it indicates a motor fault and
the motor needs to be replaced.
• If it still shows E07, it indicates a controller box fault,
and the controller box needs to be replaced.
