KWR Bluetooth Hydraulic Controller Instruction Manual
(Applies to KWR-005, KWR-006, KWR-007, and KWR 008 - * Remote Key Fob may differ depending on model)
A. Connect to handheld control B. Connect to HPU C. Key fob* D. Bluetooth Antenna (Gold)
E. RF Antenna (Silver) F. Key fob Pairing Button G. Power ON/OFF
1.) Mount Wireless Receiver.
a. Select desired mounting location, preferably in a sealed box and away from motor.
b. Antenna must be mounted outside of the box (as high as possible).
2.) Connect positive (Red Wire) & negative (Black Wire) spade terminals to battery.
a. Connect (+) Red wire to the Start Solenoid terminal that is connected to the positive battery cable.
b. Connect (-) Black wire to the negative (ground) terminal on the DC motor.
Note: Ensure the power unit is grounded directly to the negative terminal on the battery, which is the
designated ground location.
3.) Disconnect handheld remote pendant from power unit and connect to KWR (Optional).
a. Connect the handheld remote pendant to the wireless receiver (A in Fig 1.)
b. Test handheld pendant function.
4.) Power on the KWR unit by activating the Power on switch (G in Fig 1.) on the side of the unit.
5.) Operate key fob to ensure proper functionality. See reverse page for Bluetooth pairing
instructions.
