2 ZapAI
ZapAI is the artificial Intelligence based chatbot on our website home page. It tries to answer
your question based on the thousands of questions we have already answered and the
knowledge database from our website. It's not as good as a human response but it is available
24x7. Give it a try. On our website click on the image that looks like this orange blurb. After
you type your question, give it about 30 seconds to think.

4 Video Tutorials
We have created an extensive list of video tutorials showing you how to use various
features of the ZapperBox. This is our primary method for instructing users on how to
use the complex Tuner/DVR/Gateway software used by ZapperBox. Please scan the QR

  • Page 2 Plug the power supply into an electrical outlet and connect the power jack into the rear socket marked You should see a ZapperBox logo on the TV screen. This will be followed by a Dolby Atmos logo and the first-time setup screens. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Page 3: Remote Control

    In standby mode the HDMI output is turned off. However, the tuners, CPU, Wi-Fi and Ethernet stay on. It is a good idea to put your ZapperBox M2 in standby when it is not being used. During this time the box will cycle through all the frequencies and update its guide data.
  • Page 4 9.4 LAN Use this Ethernet jack to connect your ZapperBox M2 to the Internet using a wired Ethernet connection. 9.5 USB This is a USB 2.0 socket. It can be used to add external storage like an SSD or a hard disk drive. This port can supply 2.5 watts of maximum power.
  • Page 5 11 Connecting to Wi-Fi If you are connecting to the Internet via Wi-Fi, do not connect the ZapperBox to the wired Ethernet network. If the Ethernet cable is plugged in when attempting to connect to the Wi-Fi, the ZapperBox will attempt to connect, then display an error that the Wi-Fi network connection attempt failed.
