- MAGRACK- IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO SAFELY REMOVE PRODUCT FROM THE PACKAGE, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFETY, TWO OR MORE PERSONS MUST ASSIST IN THE PACKAGE REMOVAL AND PRODUCT INSTALLATION. IT IS BEST THAT THE REMOVAL OF THE PRODUCT FROM THE PACKAGE, BE DONE NEAR THE AREA WHERE THE PRODUCT WILL BE PLACED FOR USE.THIS WILL ELIMINAFTE THE NEED...
SECURING EQUIPMENT all MARPO KINETICS equipment must be secured to the floor to stabilize and eliminate rocking or tipping. This must be performed by a licensed contractor. DO NOT use the equipment if it is not set up and located on a solid, level surface.

1. Remove all wrapping material. CAUTION: DO NOT use blades to cut wrapping material since it may damage the unit or components such as cable. WILL REQUIRE 2 PEOPLE 2. Remove all contents from box ( 1 MECHANISM TOWER UNIT 1 MAIN UNIT TOP ASSEMBLY 1 SINGLE BEAM YOKE...
3. With two people carefully set MECHANISM TOWER UNIT onto the floor. Align SINGLE BEAM to holes on MECHANISM TOWER UNIT. Secure SINGLE BEAM with provided 3/8-16 x 3” bolts and washer. USE FOUR OUTSIDE THREADED HOLES. NOW..SLIDE MAKE SURE MARPO LOGOS ARE NOT CARRIAGE OVER SINGLE BEAM.

4. Insert 1/4-20 x 5” bolts through top hole of single beam and secure with washer and nut on the other end. Do same for bottom hole. Bushing should be against the bolt head.

5. With two people lift TOP UNIT ASSEMBLY and slide onto MECHANISM TOWER UNIT AND SINGLE BEAM. CAUTION: DO NOT CUT ZIP TIES HOLDING CABLE TOGETHER. 6. ONCE beams are flush, use 3/8 black washer and 3/8-16 x 1” HEX head screw to tighten onto each side of both beams. (2 on each side) 7.

CAUTION: DO NOT REMOVE TOP PULLEY WHEN MACHINE IS UPRIGHT! REMOVING THE PULLEY WILL CAUSE THE COUNTER WEIGHTS AND CARRIAGE TO DROP AND CAUSE DAMAGE AND POSSIBLE INJURIES! DO NOT CUT ZIP TIES UNTIL INSTRUCTED! 8. Cables are zip tied to keep tension on cable, so it does not unravel from inside mechanism tower.

9. MAKE SURE CARRIAGE IS ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP OF SINGLE BEAM FIRST. 10. REMOVE ACORN NUTS FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CABLE BOLTS. TIGHTEN INSIDE CABLE BOLT THROUGH THE THREADED HOLE ON TOP OF CARRIAGE, SHOWN BELOW. TIGHTEN UNTIL CABLE IS TENSIONED.

DO NOT CUT ZIP TIES UNTIL YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO. 11. CHECK TENSION ON THE CABLE BY PULLING BACK ON IT. THE CABLE SHOULD FLING AND SHOULD NOT BE FLIMSY. 12. AFTER CABLE IS TENSIONED AND ALL NUTS AND BOLTS ARE TIGHTENED.

13. With two people, put unit on its back spine and attach 2 extension legs Using 3/8-16 x 4 ½ bolt through four holes..DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAND MACHINE UP WITHOUT EXTENSION LEGS! WILL TIP OVER AND CAUSE POSSIBLE INJURY OR DAMAGE TO THE UNIT! With one person holding the machine, the second person attaches extension leg to the back lower beam of unit, insert provided 3/8-16 x 4 ½...

14. WHILE UNIT IS STILL ON ITS SPINE...Install two lead weight shields using 1/4-20 x 1” phillips pan head screw with ¼ flat washer and ¼ nut to secure shields. NOTE: Should have 16 screws and nuts, 32 washers. TIP: EASIER TO INSTALL SHIELDS WHILE CARRIAGE IS IN THE MIDDLE. YOU DONT WANT THE LEAD WEIGHTS TO BE HANGING OUT, WILL MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO INSTALL.

16. Attach back extension leg to the unit using (4) 3/8-16 x 1” bolt. Use washers against head and nut. 17. Attach gusset to the back of the beam using 3/8-16 x ¾ button head screw with washer against the head. Using (4) 3/8-16 x 3” bolts with washer and nuts, screw down left and right side of the gusset to the extension legs.

18. Attach extension leg with step on platform to front bottom plate of unit using (4) 3/8-16 x 1” bolts, washer against head of bolt and nut. MAY NEED TO ADJUST TWO NUTS POINTED OUT BELOW SO THAT STEP ON PLATE IS SITTING FLUSH TO THE GROUND.
