    INFORMATION ON SERIES AND FRAME NUMBERS Your e-bike has a unique frame number. Make a note of this on the warranty certificate or in connection with your invoice and keep the certificate in case of theft. In this case, the passport contains all the relevant information for the police or your insurance company.
