Many factors can play into the product(s) performance, such as network performance, open applications, background processes, and excessive workload on the processor. If it seems the tablet is running slow, please check our troubleshooting section on our website: www.contixo.com
With Google Kids Space you can either allow access for web surfing or block all access. You can specify what web pages are available by address. Certain features such as viewing videos on YouTube will direct you to install the YouTube Kids app. There are settings to restrict more for younger children (8 years old or younger) and allow more access for older children (12 and under). These features determine the music, games, shows, and educational sites available. However parents are always responsible for monitoring their children's activity when connected to the Internet.
