Problem
No audio and/or video
Solutions
» Make sure your HDMI cables are securely connected and
not damaged.
» Make sure the splitter is plugged into a working power
outlet.
» Make sure your source and output devices are turned
on.
» On your TV, make sure you've selected the input/source
that your splitter is connected to.
» Make sure the audio/video formats are supported by all
connected devices.
» Unplug the power cord, wait 30 seconds, then reconnect
the cord.
» Long cables may cause signal degradation. Try
connecting HDMI cables with total length of 16.4 ft. (5
m) or less from source devices to output devices.
