Step 2: Audio Output Connection
Connect the Netbell-NTG Line Out to one of the audio
inputs on your amplifier using the appropriate cable.
The Netbell-NTG comes with one 3.5mm stereo cable
and one dual RCA audio cable for connecting to your
amplifier. Different amplifiers in the market come with
various types of audio input connectors. Choose the
appropriate cable based on your amplifier's audio input
connector type. Please refer to the Netbell-NTG Wiring
Schematic below for details.
Connection Options Based on Amplifier Type:
a) RCA Connection (Most Common):
- The dual RCA cable comes pre-wired to the Netbell-
NTG Line Out terminal block
- Simply plug this cable into the Line Out terminal
directly
- Connect the other end of the RCA cable to the
audio input on your amplifier
b) 3.5mm Stereo Connection:
If your amplifier uses a 3.5mm stereo audio jack input:
- Disconnect the RCA cable from the terminal block
- Connect the provided 3.5mm stereo to line out
cable to the terminal block:
WHITE wire → LFT terminal
RED wire → RGT terminal
BLACK wires → GND terminal
c) Audio Line Input Connection (Screw Taps):
- Use two 18-gauge 2-ply cables (not provided)
- Wire the left side first, then the right side to avoid
crossing inputs/outputs
- For each side:
Black wires → GND positions
Red wires → LFT and RGT positions respectively
Troubleshooting Note: For troubleshooting purposes (if
you can't hear the sounds play through the speakers in
your initial setup), you can connect the Netbell-NTG to a
self-amplified portable speaker using the 3.5mm stereo
cable. Make sure you connect it to the audio input of
your portable speaker.
