1 INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION
1.1
General Description
The Y39D model is an electronic microprocessor differential
temperature controller that can typically be used to control
systems equipped with solar thermal panels, but also for
those applications that require a control based on the temper-
ature difference between two different environments such as
Fluid coolers (chillers), nNatural air conditioning systems for
environments through air recirculation or other applications.
The instrument can have up to 3 relay outputs, 3 inputs for
PTC/NTC or Pt1000 temperature probes and a digital input
(alternative to Pr3 probe), fully configurable.
It can also be equipped with an internal buzzer to signal the
alarms and an internal clock that allows the programming of
various events at set times.
The 3 outputs can be used to:
Control temperature control devices based on the dif-
ferential value;
Control temperature control devices based on an abso-
lute value (auxiliary temperature control);
