- Page 6 Aeroskirt removal / installation AEROSKIRT REMOVAL Simply grasp the aeroskirt where it meets the leading edge of the cheek pad and firmly pull it away from the chin bar. - Page 7 Cheek Pad removal / installation fig 1 fig 2 CHEEK PAD REMOVAL First, remove the aeroskirt. Next, grasp the cheek pad at the temple area then gently pull the cheek pad away from the helmet (fig 1). This will release the pad from the top hook-and-loop fastener and two bottom snaps.
