- Page 7 Crown Liner Removal Occassionally the crown liner may require removal for washing, replacement or to change sizes. First step is to remove the cheek pads. (refer to page 5). At the back of the helmet pull the crown liner away from the shell unsnapping the two snaps (shown in yellow).
