Servicing the Fuel Filter This unit is equipped with two fuel filters. One is a water separator (A, Figure 25) and the other is a fuel filter (B). Both filters are located in the engine compartment of the unit. The water separator is located on the right side of the engine and the fuel filter is located on the left side of the engine by the fuel pump (C).
