WHAT IS NOT COVERED It remains the customer’s responsibility for freight and packaging charges to and from our service center.

Page 5 Assembly Attaching the Chair Seat to the Right Arm Place the right arm (B) on a soft surface. Insert the hooked metal plate on the chair seat (C) to the metal plate with holes on the right arm (B) and slide in place, then use M6x25 twist knob (AA) to screw the two metal plates together, as shown below.
Page 6 Assembly (continued) Attaching the Chair Back to the Right Arm Attach the chair back (D) to the right arm (B) using M6x45 combination bolt (BB), as shown below. Do not tighten the bolt at this step. Attaching the Assembled Chair Seat to the Left Arm Place the left arm (A) on a soft surface.

Do not fully tighten the twist knob at this step. Attaching the Chair Back to the Left Arm Attach the chair back (D) to the left arm (A) using M6x45 combination bolt (BB), as shown below.

Do not clean with abrasive materials, bleach, or solvents. Store the chair in a dry sheltered place when not in use. Keep the chair away from ﬁre, extreme heat, freezing conditions, and inclement weather such as rain, hail, sleet, snow, or wind.
