Remove PTO Belt CAUTION: Use care when releasing idler spring tension. Keep body parts well away from idlers when performing this operation. 1. Slowly release the tension on the PTO belt idler until all the tension is removed from the springs. 2.

Leveling the Mower Deck These adjustments should be made on a level surface with the tires inflated to the correct air pressure. Level the mower with the slots where 4 chains fasten to the mower mounting brackets (Figure 19). 1. Shut OFF engine. Engage parking brake. Remove the ignition key.
