AMS2000 is based on the principle of thermal measurement, combined with the self-developed MEMS flow
sensor chip, to create an excellent performance, stable and reliable gas mass flowmeter. The product calculates
the mass flow rate of the measured gas by measuring the resistance change, and has the advantages of intuitive,
accurate, stable, high, and low temperature resistance, good linearity, fast response time, etc. The interior is
equipped with an LCD display for reading display, which can display instantaneous flow and cumulative flow,
and the screen display content can be rotated 90°to adapt to different installation angles of users.
The series has a variety of models, covering a variety of ranges, suitable for a wide range of scenarios. Every
product is rigorously tested and calibrated before leaving the factory to ensure a high-quality delivery.
Application scope
AMS2000 is suitable for mass flow monitoring of dry, clean and non- corrosive gases (except
flammable and explosive gases) such as air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and oxygen. It has been
widely used in university scientific research, fire protection, environmental monitoring, tobacco, smart
agriculture, food, medicine and other industries.

- Page 2 Appearance structure and interface definition 1.1 Structure appearance Figure 2 shows the appearance structure of AMS 2 000 , including sensor air duct and interactive interface . The interactive interface includes an LCD display and operation buttons. The LCD displays the flow meter Modbus communication address , gas temperature , cumulative flow rate and instantaneous flow rate.
- Page 3 1.3 AMS2000 pinout definition AMS 2000 is an M8 four-core aircraft carrier header lead wire. The length of the lead wire is about 1 m. The material is UL2464. There are 4 wires in total. The definition is as shown in Table 2. The actual picture is shown in Figure 4.

Piping diagram For the air pipe connected to the AMS2000 air inlet interface, please reserve a straight pipe section that is greater than or equal to 10 times the inner diameter of the air inlet interface, and the inner diameter of the straight pipe must be greater than or equal to the inner diameter of the air inlet interface, otherwise the accuracy may deviate by 2% FS or more.
