Chapter 4 Navigating the Advanced Screens

4.0.1 Navigation Panel

After you enter the password, use the links on the navigation panel to go to the various
advanced screens.
The following table describes the sub-menus.

FUNCTION
This screen shows the ZyXEL Device's general device, system and
interface status information. Use this screen to access the wizard, and
summary statistics tables.
Use this screen to configure the device name and IP address assignment
settings.
Use this screen to configure the wireless LAN.
Use this screen to configure the wireless LAN's security settings.
Use the MAC filter screen to configure the ZyXEL Device to block or allow
only certain devices to associate with the ZyXEL Device.
When the ZyXEL Device is in access point mode, this screen allows you to
assign wireless clients the ZyXEL Device's wireless security settings.
When the ZyXEL Device is in wireless client mode, this screen allows the
ZyXEL Device to get security settings from an OTIST-enabled access point.
Use this screen to configure the administrator password.
Use this screen to view logs and alert messages.
Use this screen to backup and restore the configuration or reset the factory
defaults to your ZyXEL Device.
Use this screen to upload firmware to your ZyXEL Device.
