- Page 3 INSTALLING DEVICE WARNING - Risk of Fire and Shock When using outdoor use portable lighting products, basic safety precautions should always be fol- lowed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the following: • Turn off electricity at main fuse box (or circuit breaker) before beginning installation by removing fuse (or switching off circuit breaker).
- Page 4 The string light does not display the full selected color/some LEDs do not light up. • Please contact the BrightLux Support team for product replacement. The string light does not respond to the remote control. • Ensure the IR receiver is within line-of-sight of the remote control.
- Page 5 EXTENDING STRING LIGHT Disconnect power before adding segments. Use only segments of the same model number (BL-SL-24FT-SMD). Connect up to 4 segments (96ft). Do not connect more than 4 segments. Ensure all connections are secure and ensure the water-tight end cap is secured on the last segment to preclude the entry of water.
