WHAT'S IN THE BOX

Gently rotate the adjustment nut clockwise till Stop to zero. When turn it to the 0 position for the last time, it is the correct position. Do not lock too tightly.
Rotate the adjustment nut anti-clockwise to the grinding click numbers. (Please refer to the advised grinding clicks below.)
Put 30-35g coffee beans into the grinder.
Put the handle on and start to grind.

*ONE CIRCLE IS EQUIVALENT TO 60CLICKS.

Disassemble:

Rotate the adjustment nut anti-clockwise for a coarser grind.
Hold down the burr set and remove the circlip.
Take out the components in order. The burr set (attached with the central shaft), the bearing cover and the spring from the burr set. Then the top bearing cover and the top bearing from the above. In this state, do not turning the adjustment dial as it is an unnecessary step.

Assemble:

Put on the components in order. The spring and the bearing cover and put the burr set back to the grinder.
Hold down the burr set and put on the top bearing and the top bearing cover.
There are two shapes of the top bearing cover: flat design and curve design.
The curve design shape of the top bearing cover faces upward.
Slide the circlip onto the curve design shape of the top bearing cover.

Remove the black O ring from the groove of the PC lid.
Insert the provided white O ring.
Ensure the white O ring is securely pushed into the groove of the handle for fixation.
Done.

You need to prepare:

Electric screwdriver at a 15-25 torque.

6.35mm(1/4 inch) Hex Shank.

Separate the PC lid and handle, then install the black O-ring.

Insert the Hex Shank, grasp the grinder firmly, and gradually power it on. Ensure that the grinding speed is not too fast.

The entire grinder should not be washed water. Please use the provided brush or air blower for cleaning.
Please do not turn the handle when the scale is at zero or when it s below 15 clicks, as this could cause damage to the burr.
For precision reasons, the exterior burr should not be dismantled. Do not forcefully disassemble using tools.
Please refrain from grinding items other than coffee beans. Additionally, do not grind unroasted beans that have not undergone the roasting process.
Avoid directly spraying water onto any part of the grinder when operating RDT.
Avoid pouring the ground coffee powder into the hopper for secondary grinding, as the fine powder may block the parts, making it difficult to disassemble.
