I am the owner and very dissatisfied with my 42" LCD Sanyo Flat Screen Television. Your product is faulty, and just stop working in less than a year of its purchase. I contacted your 8008775032 and spoke with a rep, who instructed me to fax my purchase receipt to OSCAR who would arrange for repair or replacement! Now I have not heard from any Sanyo personnel, and cannot get thru on the 800 given! Its beeb weeks with no response from either. Will you either make the necessary repairs or I want my money back to purchase another T.V. I am a senior citizen and disabled and live on a minimized income. All I want is for you to honor my warranty and stand behind the SANYO name of quality electronics! I can be reached at 626-807-5621 or 702-635-8340. I pray you will make this request a priority! Thanking you in advance...DJLewis
