DRFF-620/800HP Screw Feeder Operation and Setup Manual Installation NOTE: Before installation, be sure to connect the DC power connector to the screw feeder, the proximity sensor to its harness and if applicable, ensure the feeder’s I/O cable is accessible 1. Remove the highlighted screws from the screw feeder. Install the height-adjustable proximity sensor into the screw feeder’s hopper using the included screws and wire tab. (The wire tab is used to route the proximity sensor wire) 3. Install the screw feeder cover and fasten the provided screws.
- Page 6 DRFF-620/800HP Screw Feeder Operation and Setup Manual Adjustments NOTE: Before installing the sensor into the screw feeder, adjust the height of the sensor by adjusting the jamb nuts 1. There are two locking positions “1” and “2” on the sensor bracket. The default installation position is “2”.

Red LED ON = SCREWS PRESENT OFF = NO SCREWS PRESENT 3. Turn ON the bulk hopper. When there are no screws in the screw feeder, the red light on the sensor should be off.
