Pre-installed handlebars, with the following parts: i. Throttle twist control (on right handlebar) ii. Ignition switch & battery level indicator (on right handlebar) iii.

Ensure the power cable has no damage or exposed wiring. 3. On the back of the battery box is a connection port. Align the power cable’s head with the battery box’s connection port.

Locate the charger, and plug it into an appropriate and functional electric wall outlet. To prevent fire risk and suboptimal charging, DO NOT plug the charger into an extension cord or any other indirect power source.
  • Page 19 Charging Instructions (cont.) e. Ensure the metal end of the charger is aligned with the charging port, then plug it in. f. Check the charging progress by observing the LED light on the charger. The LED light should turn on after the charger is plugged into the electrical wall outlet.

Each full battery charging cycle (from 0% to 100%) will take up to 7 hours. b. While the battery box is charging, the red charger light will remain on. c.

     Ensure power is OFF, ignition key is REMOVED, and the rear lever is in DRIVE MODE, when the Exo is not in use.  DO NOT use the controls while the Exo is being disassembled or transported.  Ensure that NO children, pets, or persons with limited physical/mental faculties are able to access the ignition key or controls at any time.
  • Page 29 3) Rear lever Warnings:  DO NOT attempt to operate the rear lever while seated in the Exo, as this may cause strain or injury. Ensure that you move the rear lever to the desired mode PRIOR to sitting in the Exo, or – if already seated – seek assistance to operate the lever.

DO NOT use the tiller to lift, pull, or otherwise move the Exo. The use of straps (not included) is strongly encouraged to prevent accidental/unintentional unfolding or other product movement.
