Assembly (cont.) Step one: Installing and adjusting the tiller 1. Locate the following: a. Tiller (with pre-installed console, handlebar, & dual throttle control levers) b. Tiller adjustment knob Keep all body parts and any loose hair / clothing / jewelry / accessories AWAY from the folding point during assembly, to prevent potential injury or damage.

When adjusting the tiller and determining the desired position, ALWAYS ensure the tiller adjustment knob is FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE the user gets into the Flex to check if the current tiller position is desired. Otherwise, there may be risk of injury and product damage.

Assembly (cont.) Step two: Unfolding the seat Keep all body parts and any dangling items AWAY from any assembly connection points and moving parts, to prevent potential injury or damage. DO NOT SIT ON THE SEAT - or place any persons or things on the seat - while folding or unfolding the seat, to prevent potential injury or damage.

If you are not certain that you are capable of fully understanding and following all warnings and instructions hereafter, please do not attempt to operate the product and seek assistance.
UNPLUG the charger, DO NOT TOUCH the battery or charger further, and contact customer support. 8) Using any battery, charger, or charging cable OTHER than provided and approved by Reyhee may cause RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK, and product damage. It also automatically VOIDS your warranty.
First ensure the Flex is powered OFF. • If the lights on the battery level indicator (on the console) are on, power off the Flex by turning the ignition key to the left, and removing the key. b. Locate the charger, and plug it into an appropriate and functional electric wall outlet.

Charging Instructions (cont.) c. Ensure the metal end of the charger is aligned with the charging port, then plug it in. d. Check the charging progress by observing the LED light on the charger. The LED light should turn on after the charger is plugged into the electrical wall outlet.

13) If transporting the product by ground vehicle, first ensure that it is POWERED OFF with rear lever in DRIVE MODE, fully disconnected from the charger, and safely stowed and properly secured. (See “How to Transport the Flex” for full safety instructions.)

NOT permitted and will automatically VOID the warranty. As an electric mobility scooter, the Flex can and is intended to move. Even when taking all necessary precautions, and heeding all warnings and instructions provided, the user and any accompanying persons may still encounter dangerous situations in which serious injury or death may occur.
READ & COMPREHEND ALL WARNING LABELS ON YOUR FLEX: • All warning labels or hangtags that may be on the product itself or its packaging box. (Note that the presence/design/text/location of these labels are subject to change at any time without prior notice.) ------------------- WHEW, FINALLY ON TO THE GOOD STUFF.
• Ensure power is OFF, ignition key is REMOVED, and the rear lever is in DRIVE MODE, when the Flex is not in use. • DO NOT use the controls while the Flex is being folded, disassembled, or transported. • Ensure that NO children, pets, or persons with limited physical/mental...
Insert ignition key into the ignition, ensuring alignment. If the key becomes stuck or unable to turn in the ignition, DO NOT attempt to force or fix it, DO NOT use the Flex, and contact customer support. d. Turn key to the right to power on the Flex.

3) Rear lever Warnings: • DO NOT attempt to operate the rear lever while seated in the Flex, as this may cause strain or injury. Ensure that you move the rear lever to the desired mode PRIOR to sitting in the Flex, or – if already seated – seek assistance to operate the lever.

Grip the rear lever (with your palm facing upward), and pull downward on the rear lever to engage Drive mode. o Drive mode must be used whenever the user is operating the Flex. o Drive mode ensures that the Flex will be able to automatically brake whenever the user releases the throttle control.

How to Operate Your Flex (cont.) How to fold the Flex (cont.) 4) While using one hand to grip the seat, use the other hand to pull up the folding bar (which releases the folding mechanism). While pulling up the folding bar, gradually fold the seat until it is fully folded.
Turn the tiller adjustment knob clockwise until it is FULLY TIGHTENED, to help prevent accidental tiller movement while it is not being used. d. Ensure that the fully-folded Flex does NOT present any tripping hazard. DO NOT use the tiller to lift, pull, or otherwise move the Flex.

4) Ensure the back of the motor vehicle has sufficient room for the folded Flex. 5) Carefully lift the folded Flex by the frame, transport it to the motor vehicle, and load the Flex safely and securely. If you are having difficulty lifting the folded Flex, DO NOT make any further attempts and seek assistance.
