- Page 8 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1.Remove the screws,install the label mounting assembly and lock it with the removed screws as shown. 2.Assemble two baffles and label holders(A,B) and fasten with screws （M4*8). Insert the A , B and label roll in turn as shown. Place the green O tape over the label holder A.
- Page 9 4.Pull the label across C,D,E ,and then across between F and G. Pull the label through C, D, E, then out between F and G, and down through H,I. Finally Wrap the label backing paper tightly around the scroll(J) and attach the paper clip as shown. Note:a) The installed labels should be aligned smoothly from the fixed axis to the scroll.(from beginning to end) Otherwise, the label will be easily torn.

When the label does not come out, adjust the delay(K) until the label comes out.(Note:Please reset to zero before using the delay function.) MAINTENANCE 1.Operators must be trained in advance and familiar with the product. 2.Before each use, check that the components are locked and clean. 3.Inspect periodically all parts and accessories and replace them if damaged. 4. Have damaged parts replaced by an authorized service center. 5.Check the nuts periodically and tighten them if they are loose. -
