    3. CHARGING THE BATTERY WARNING: Place the battery pack and charger on a flat non-flammable surfaceand away from flammable material when re- charging the battery pack. Insert the cable of the charger in the charging port of the battery. Note: The battery will require 1 hour charging time after normal use. If the battery is fully run down the charging time will be 1 hour.

    4. INFORMATION FOR USAGE IMPORTANT: Before starting, inspect your drill bit to ensure there is no excessive wear and that it is sharp. Never use a drill bit if it is damaged or blunt. Check that the drill bit is correctly fitted in the chuck and is the correct type for the material you wish to drill a hole in.

    Switch This feature is selected via a slide switch located above the trigger. To select the direction of rotation of the drill bit, push the knob fully to the left side for reverse rotation. To change the front rotation, push the button all the way to the right side of the handle.

    8. WARRANTY WARRANTY The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use. The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear. The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identified as defective by the designated distributor.
