Mounting the fat separation In the oven cavity Drill a hole in the drain using a Ø16 drill. assemble the funnel, sieve, gasket, washer and M16 bolt. - Page 9 Push the pipe of the funnel through the hole in the drain. fasten the funnel with a bolt from beneath the oven. fasten the bracket with two bolts. Place the fat guide tray in the rack and push it in place. beneath the oven Mount the fat separation rails using six M5x30 screws. On x-1/1 GN ovens, mount two of the screws as shown IMPORTANT! in (a), and on x-2/1 ovens mount two of the screws as shown in (b). -
