Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zum Gebrauch als Heizelement für die Wandmontage in Wohn-, Arbeits- und Sanitärbereichen oder ähnlichen Räumlichkeiten konzipiert und geeignet. Bitte beachten Sie die Montageanleitung! Aufgrund der Temperaturerhöhung ist dieses Heizelement nicht für die Deckenmontage geeignet! Das Gerät muss entsprechend der Vorgaben in der Gebrauchsanleitung betrieben werden.

Sicherheitshinweise Für einen sicheren Umgang mit diesem Gerät muss der Benutzer des Gerätes diese Gebrauchsanleitung vor der ersten Benutzung gelesen und verstanden haben. VORSICHT! Einige Teile des Gerätes können sehr heiß werden und Verbrennungen verursachen. Lieferung und Lieferumfang & Montage Das Heizgerät wird nach Endprüfung in passende Kartonagen sicher verpackt und mit einem Paketdienst/Spedition versendet. Bitte prüfen Sie bei Erhalt der Lieferung die äußere Unversehrtheit der Verpackung. Bewahren Sie das Gerät und das Zubehör bis zur Montage möglichst in der Originalverpackung auf.

Inbetriebnahme Achtung! Überprüfen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme, ob die vorhandene Spannung mit der angegebenen Spannung auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmt. Beachten Sie die ab Seite 4 aufgeführten Sicherheitshinweise. Das Gerät ist mit einem Netzkabel mit Stecker ausgerüstet und verfügt über einen integrierten EIN/AUS-Schalter. Schließen Sie für den Betrieb des Gerätes den Netzstecker an eine Haushaltssteckdose mit 230V/50Hz Wechselspannung an.

Reinigung und Wartung Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei. Sollten Sie einen Defekt oder eine Störung feststellen, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und kontaktieren Sie umgehend Ihren Händler oder unsere Servicestelle. Achtung! Stromschlaggefahr! Ziehen Sie vor jeder Reinigung den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät vollständig abkühlen. Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser und spritzen Sie es nicht mit Wasser ab.

Noch einige Tipps Bei dem Gerät handelt es sich um ein Heizelement, das angestrahlte Gegenstände oder Personen erwärmt, ohne die Raumluft dabei direkt zu erwärmen (Infrarotheizung). Damit die „Infrarotstrahlung“ alle Bereiche eines Raumes erreichen kann, darf der direkte Strahlungsbereich nicht durch Gegenstände z.B. Möbel verstellt sein.

Proper Use The unit has been designed and is suitable exclusively for use as a heating element for wall mounting in living or working rooms, sanitary and similar rooms. Please adhere to the assembly guide. Due to the temperature increase, not every heating element is suitable for mounting on the ceiling.

Safety Instructions To use this unit safely, the user of the unit must have read and understood this user‘s guide before using it for the first time. CAUTION! Some parts of the unit can become very hot and cause burns. Special care is required if children and vulnerable persons are present.
Page 17 Safety Instructions To prevent the unit from overheating, you must not cover it. Do not lean any objects against or on the unit. Do not use the unit for drying textiles or other items. Do not affix stickers or any covering to the heating surface. For wall mounting, the distance away from other objects must be at least 50cm from the front and side as well as 10cm from the top.

Delivery and Delivery Contents After final inspection, the heater is packed in matching paperboard containers and shipped with a package service/forwarding agent. When you receive the delivery, check to make sure the exterior of the packaging is in perfect condition. Keep the unit and accessories in the original packaging until it is installed, if at all possible.

Installation & Start up Attention! Before mounting the unit, read and follow the information contained in the „Safety Instructions“ regarding the installation, installation location, safety distances and operation of the unit. The minimum distance from the back of the unit to the wall must be at least 2cm or more.

Cleaning and Maintenance The unit is maintenance free. If you discover a fault or malfunction, pull the power plug out of the power outlet and contact your dealer or our service centre immediately. Attention! Danger of electric shock! Before cleaning, pull out the power plug and let the unit cool completely.

Some More Tips This unit is a heating element that heats up irradiated objects or persons without the room air being heated directly (infrared heater). To ensure that the „infrared radiation“ can reach all areas of the room, the direct irradiation zone must not be blocked by objects such as furniture, for example.
