911 Emergency Calling
Sprint recommends that TTY users make
emergency calls by other means, including
Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS),
analog cellular, and landline communications.
Wireless TTY calls to 911 may be corrupted
when received by public safety answering
points (PSAPs), rendering some
communications unintelligible. The problem
encountered appears related to software used
by PSAPs. This matter has been brought to
the attention of the FCC, and the wireless
industry and the PSAP community are
currently working to resolve this.

Phone Setup Options

Main Screen
Your phone's Sprint One Click main screen lets you
customize your phone and provides quick access to the
features and functions you use the most. See
"Personalizing the Carousel" on page 40 and
"Personalizing the Home Screen" on page 43 for details.

Select to access the Shortcuts menu.

Using the navigation key, select a current shortcut
and press .
3.
Press to return to standby mode.
To create a new shortcut:
1. Highlight
> Add Shortcut

Select from one of the following categories:

3. Press (left softkey) to make the new

Select how to answer incoming calls on your phone:
