    Installing and removing the battery Your phone comes packaged with a partially- charged rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery and travel adapter.     Charging the battery Your phone is powered by a rechargeable standard Lithium-Ion battery. Only use Samsung-approved charging devices and batteries. Samsung accessories are designed to maximize battery life. Use of other accessories may invalidate your warranty and may cause damage.
