ASSEMBLE THE STAND
![Donner - HUSH-I - ASSEMBLE THE STAND ASSEMBLE THE STAND]()
This stand is not assembled to the guitar body when shipping from the factory.
- Step 1: Fully loosen [Stand attachment screw A] located in
, and [Stand attachment screw B] located in
. - Step 2: At first, insert the lower rod of the left stand (the shorter one) fully into the bracket hole
on the Guitar's main body. Next, insert the lower rod of the right stand fully into the bracket hole
, and insert the upper rod fully into the bracket hole
.
Note: - Make sure that upper and lower rods of the right stand are not reversed.
- Make sure do not press down the rod firmly or it may be damaged.
- Step 3: After checking that both rods of the right and left stand are completely installed, please turn the attachment screws clockwise and fix the both stands to the Guitar's main body.
Note: - Please reverse the procedures of above steps if you need to disassemble stands. Make sure disassemble upper rod firstly from guitar body and then disassemble the lower rod.
- Make sure to check whether the screw A and B are tightened prior to use. The instrument will sound noisy during the playing process when the screws are not tightened completely.
- Please hold the guitar neck or guitar body when you carry the instrument. Hold only the left stand or right stand to carry the instrument will result in the damage of stands and fixed parts.
NECK ADJUSTMENT
Make any adjustments gradually. The neck should normally be slightly concave. Please check the curvature after each 1/2 turn of the truss rod nut.
Check the curvature of the neck
- After tuning accurately, hold the guitar in the playing position. Then press the first string at the first fret and the last fret, and measure the gap between the string and fret at the eighth fret. In the same way, measure this gap for the lowest string, and make adjustments so that the gaps are in the range of 0.1- 0.2mm.
- Turning the nut clockwise can make the neck bulge, which can correct the problem that the neck is too concave, and the string action is too high.
- Turning the nut counterclockwise can make the neck concave, which can correct the problem of buzzing caused by excessive neck convex.
TUNING
Use a tuner, tuning tube, tuning fork, piano and other instruments to tune the open string to the tone shown below.
![Donner - HUSH-I - TUNING - Step 1 TUNING - Step 1]()
- If the string tone is too high, loosen the string until the string tone is slightly lower than the alignment tone, and then tune it while raising the string tone.
- Play the standard tone "A" (A3: 440HZ) on instruments such as tuning forks, and then align the fifth open string to the same tone.
- Play the tone of the fifth string in the fifth fret, and then adjust the fourth open string to the same tone.
- Play the tone of the fourth string in the fifth fret and then align the third open string to the same tone.
- Play the tone of the third string in the fourth fret, and then align the second open string to the same tone.
- Play the tone of the second string in the fifth fret, and then align the first open string to the same tone.
- Play the tone of the sixth string in the fifth fret, and then adjust the tone of the fifth fret of the sixth string to the tone of the fifth open string.

STRINGS CHANGING
The end of the string is sharp and may cut the finger. Please pay attention to this when changing strings.
Keep your face away from the instrument when changing strings or adjusting strings. The strings may suddenly break, resulting in eye or other accidental injuries.
- Pass the string through the corresponding string hole on the headstock.
![Donner - HUSH-I - STRINGS CHANGING STRINGS CHANGING]()
- Take the string through the tuning peg behind the saddle. Turn the tuner in the correct direction so the string winds on the tuning peg from INSIDE the guitar.
