We have a new EG260FR heat pump. the neighbours say it's too noisy at night. Can we set a timer to turn it off between 10pm and 8am?

Yes, the ECOGENICA heat pump can be set on a timer. The timer function is available through the controller as described in the Electrical & Controls section. You can set the working period under "Energy-saving mode," which allows operation based on a set schedule. Therefore, it is possible to set the heat pump to turn off between 10pm and 8am.
