ASSEMBLY Trimmer Head 1. Insert a hexagon wrench into the locking hole until the head collar stops. 2. Screw the trimmer head in place and remove the wrench. Fig. 7 Shoulder Strap Fasten the hook on the strap buckle. Adjust the length of the strap to attain a comfortable working position.

OPERATION Switch ON/OFF 1. To turn the tool ON, push and hold the safety switch with your thumb, while squeezing the trigger. Once the trigger engages, you can release the safety switch and proceed with operation. 2. To turn the tool OFF, release the trigger. Fig.
BATTERY CHARGE 1. Plug the charger into an approved power supply and the red charging indicator on the charger is on. 2. Press down on the battery pack to be sure the contacts on the battery pack engage properly with contacts in the charger.
Do not adjust the product while it is running. Always turn the product off, remove the battery pack, and let the product cool down before performing cleaning and maintenance work. Repair this product at your servicing dealer and only use the genuine Honda accessories.
