The Move will turn on once the battery isolation strip has been removed. The LED will flash red and then green to indicate a good battery, or red again to indicate a low battery. The device will warm-up and after 30 seconds the Move will then enter Walk Test Mode for 2 minutes.
Move Walk Test Mode When the unit is first switched on, after the 30 second warm-up period, it will enter walk test mode for 2 minutes. When in walk test mode, the LED will flash red each time movement is detected, as well as sending a radio message.
Move Normal Operation After the two minute walk test mode has ended, the Move will enter normal operation mode. When in this mode, a radio message will be sent every time movement is detected; the LED will not flash during normal operation. During normal operation, initially movement will be detected immediately, followed by a 30 second detection delay before further detections can occur.
